Bo van der Putten

Bo enjoyed a long business career managing both listed and family owned businesses with SHV Holdings, Carrefour and METRO AG, before he joined CVC Capital Partners as Managing Director for Europe. Later he joined Monarch Capital Partners as Managing Director. He has held top leadership – and board positions with numerous established companies throughout his career, serving MAKRO/METRO AG, Carrefour, Samsonite, Amazon and Astara. In his capacity as Chairman, Bo directs the Board of several companies, ensuring they function in their best interest of their firms and that operations are managed efficiently.

Bo has served in non-executive director roles on the boards of Soriana, Grupo VIPS, Bergé Automocion and Alsea.

Since 2012 he has (co-) owned and chaired De Drie Mollen, a leading evergreen commodity investment group with participations in Varlhona and the Savencia Group. Bo van der Putten was the leading investor in De Drie Mollen from 2012 before becoming the organisation’s Owner and CEO.

Stijn Koster

Stijn Koster and his family were long term investors in the coffee business, acquiring a range of competing businesses in the Netherlands and other parts of Europe, integrating them, carrying out fundamental restructuring programs, increasing profitability and selling parts of the businesses again on to 2nd and 3rd Private Equity companies. With family and partners Stijn also started to invest the earnings and inherited wealth from his family in Dutch historic buildings and Heritage Real Estate, transforming as well as bringing distinctive buildings back to life.

Jan Niessen

Jan Niessen worked successfully in corporate Finance, International M & A and Private Equity businesses, among others with CVC Capital and SHV Holdings. He is a Private investor and runs an independent private investment group.

Jan is also involved with the long-term management of African national parks in partnership with governments and local communities to conserving Africa’s wildlife and remaining wild areas, securing vast landscapes and carrying out the necessary activities needed to protect the parks and their wildlife.
